I am tired of people making a list of who is going and who isn't, It's old 30 people sign up then 10-15 show.

Honestly If you don't show up I can careless this meet is for the people that can simply make it or simply can't make it. Im just tired of excuses.

I'm working the details out and finding out where the run will be through where the lunch will be held and what nice picturesque spots we will end up having. Everyone get your cars nice and ready and running for April. If its just me and 2 others so be it. This will be fun and it will be organized.

1st up will be a nice early Morning Cruise
2nd Probably a tour of our 50,000 SqFt Facility THE Dr. and ES 3000TT work at (if management approves)
3rd possible paint spray shoot demos even a possible 1 person gets a panel fixed and painted
4th a possible cruise to old town just to hang out and walk by hang out maybe drive to the beach or figure something nice to do
5th Nice slow relaxed cruise through the backroads of the airport roll through downtown, Winter Park, Waterford lakes hang out
6th Go smash some ricers at the rice meets.

Anyone with any other ideas I will be happily glad to consider. Once again it maybe possible

that we can have much of the meet at the Grounds of the Shop which THE Dr. Clarified is Inside 52,860 SqFt, Covered 30,000 SqFt, and 50,000 SqFt of Lot Area.

This can also be a nice place for washing your car after the gathering or a nice detail etc.

ok Meet will consist of the follwing the order and times are not for certain yet.
1 Alignment
1 Panel Repair
1 Painel Refinish
1 Car Wash
BBQ or Catered
Scaventer hunt or organized game
Free set of Factory HID's
Bring anything you might need fixed minor

We will need Tents of any of you have and other things like yard chairs etc.

above is not for sure but gives you an idea of what im thinking of as of now.

possibly start around 9-10 and every hour change up the demos etc.

Free give away as well i am not sure how much I will have of what but It's free and it just might be a lot?

a month or 2 ahead of time is enough time for everyone to request time off work. it wont hurt to miss a day :P.

No exuces for a "non-running car" tow it in.... i got pletly of freet AAA tows :-P.

sounds like a plan... Great Idea, the covered space in the back will be a great place for everyone to park and be cool. I am sure that Management will be ok, just as long as members dont get stupid.

Andrew, yes, you are a VIP and get to park the BMW amoung the beauty of the FL3s .... unless you get a VR4 lol...

I will have to make this. The wife approves of going to a meet to see everybody. If you wanna demo some painting, I'll bring a set of 99 sail panels that need to go on my car. They are currently red, and my car is perl white. Perfect items to demo.
