What are you going to do about the welds? I don't know if i could butcher a car like, body/frame integrity would be my biggest concern. Looks like your doing a kickass job, props to you.

If his welds are the way they are supposed to be then he has to do nothing other then cover them up from rusting which should have been done before he welded the panels together but whatever! and thats no where near butchering brother. Thats pretty fucking good for someone that is just doing this shit for their first real intense time. spot welds are all our cars are held with, then seam sealer. i've seen cars cut in half run fine down the road with no problem

another note is you never grind the spot weld all the way down. if any time later down the road you need to make a repair the weld will let you know where you need to drill out.as well as helps keep the strenghth of the weld too.
