i have strut bars for civics only right now, but if i can have a car for a week i can make strut bars you your car for just the cost of materials. then i can make a jig out of that and offer them here too. a front and rear 2pt strut bar set would run about $40 in steel and both of them together would only weigh about 4lbs. here is an example of what i can do in my car

i can get mandrel bends in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. i could make the pipes or just send you bends and you can make your own. i cant weld aluminum right now though so if i was to make aluminum pipes there would have to be a lot of couplers or use the bend couplers to cut down on the amount some

right now i dont have access to a kit for the 3kgt. if you know what bends you need and can make it yourself i can give you a price on that. let me know what you have in mind and maybe i can work something out for you.

if i could get a car here for a few days i could make a kit for it and then i would be able to offer a kit. although , i dont have a tig welder yet so the pipes would be mig welded and then the welds ground somewhat smooth. a tig is first on the list of things to buy. i just need to get some money coming in before i can spend the cash. i am still trying to do all of this while having a day job. for now

6 - 90 degree bends 3in
2 3in - 2 inch reducer couplers
1- 180* 'U' bend

Mild steel would be fine

i can save you a bit of money by ordering a kit of bends from my supplier. the kit is 2 180° bends, 2 90° bends and 2 45° bends and then add in one 180° bend. if you cut the 2 180° bends and make 90's, that will add up to what you need. if you still want all 90's and one 180° i can get it, but it will cost a bit more. if you want to go that way i can do the whole package for $110 plus tax and shipping. do you need clamps? those are $2.99 each so just add that to the total

I saw on your forum that you have a connection with Megan Racing. Can you get a good deal on their coilovers for our cars?

What other manufacturers can you get deals with? Or are you focusing on your own products?

i am willing to talk to any company. if you have one in mind let me know and i will see what i can do. the only way i can get a deal with megan racing that will be much better than what they already have on their site is to do a group buy. i need to place an order of $1500 or more. i didnt post that here cause i really havent seen any of their products for the 3S cars

as for my own products, the only thing i have right now that i produce are strut bars and i dont have any for the 3S cars yet. i need to get a hold of one for a few days so i can make some. i can usually do strut bars for just the cost of materials if someone can loan me their car. i will also add this to the first post so that can get some intrest hopefully
